Hello,

I have just bought an IP Office system but i need to get hold of the full version of the IP Office admin suite v10 does someone know where i can get this from please, i did try the avaya website but i do not have priveleges or something on the account.

Just had this with a customer who had 180 handsets and 180 IP endpoint licences. Bought two phones from somewhere and then logged a support ticket saying they werent working.

Thankfully in this instance we charged the customer for the licence and £80 remote engineering fee to add the licence

When queried we told the customer our handset price whilst more expensive does include the licence cost and setup cost!!
