IP Office Manager - Upgrade 7 - 9

IP Office Manager - Upgrade issue.

We have an IP office version 7 that broke and had to buy another new IP Office and licenses are charged to new ip office, but a separate upgrade of 7-9 license was purchased, the new ip office will first upgrade to version 7 and after their licenses had there works fine but when updating the IP office to 9 and load the license upgrade 7-9 is asking me the license essetial not present. was charged

You should have had the new IP Office start on R9, then You would not have had to buy an upgrade license for R9.
Also, running IP office on R8+ requires an essential edition license to run, except for "Muppet Mode".
