We have several customers complaint that IP500 fail to send system hold music while on placing calls on hold. It could not resume even after system reboot.
We tried to upload another music file (by Manager with system reboot) and it seems to be back to normal, but the problem may then come back after few days/week...
The problem may occurred on both R5.0.8 and R5.0.20. Is there any setting get wrong, or idea how to fix it?
