IP Office Licensing Question

Hi All,

I'm trying to figure out an IPO Licensing Question for a customer.

They are currently running IPO 9.0 Advanced Edition

They have a CTI Link Pro License and a Wave User License. When I go into SSA it shows that the customer only has 4 Wave User Licenses.

I thought if a customer had Advanced Edition they had 4 inherent wave user licenses. So if I am correct then this customer has 8 wave users. Right?

I'm not sure if that is correct since SSA shows 4. Please help clarify.

You don't get Wave User Licenses from Advanced Edition.

Don't know why you get them with CTI Link either as they cost 5x the CTI license if you want 4 more.

Are you saying that since this customer has CTI Link Pro and Wave Users then they have 4 from the CTI Link License and 4 from the Wave User License.

That helps a lot. One last question.

Since the CTI Pro License give you 4 Wave Users. Do they show up as 1 CTI Pro License and 4 Wave Users or is it just 1 CTI Pro License and you need to assume that there are 4 Wave Users with that?

When you order the CTI pro licence then you get two licences, one CTI pro and a licence with 4 wave users.

Does the same hold true for other licensing bundles?

For example:
CCR Supervisor License give you a Wall Board License in addition to the Supervisor License.
Advanced Edition gives you 1 CCR Supervisor License in addition to the Advanced Edition License.
