The IP Office Knowledgebase is current not working, returning a server error instead.

I am only allowed to post material to the server and so cannot do diagnostics as to the problem and likely fix.

I have raised a ticket with Avaya IT (yes, we have to raise tickets within Avaya too). Hopefully they will shortly be investigating the situation and rendering the appropriate fix.

Your question did register, however it has taken a while to track down one of the problems.

We have pruned the list. It now only goes back to the start of 2010. Sorry but its a fact of life that we can let the feed file just continue to get larger and larger.

However there were a couple of locations where the command being used to load the feed still had the max items 15 or max items 20 associated with it. They have now been removed.

IPOfficeKB, the techbulletins are not update on the knowlegdebase :)

It is stuck 7.0 Q2 and Q4 is coming soon.

IPOfficeKB, I am missing the PC specifications under Tehnical Specifications when I have the KB set to 7.0, it is there when I set the KB to 6.1
