Oh the horror...

In accordance with the Avaya fashion for letting certificates expire this year, the certificate on the IP Office Knowledgebase has expired. I've altered the IT team that look after these kind of things, so hopefully the issue will be resolved shortly. So rest assured, the Knowledgebase isn't being retired or anything nasty.

No, I don't code the software. No, I don't design the phones. Please, don't shoot the messenger.

Seems that nobody is responsible for anything any more except marketing the Cloud Office and having useless flashy pictures and videos on the website.
More people are interested in IP Office (at least here and the ones I talk to) but Avaya makes is hard to look for on-prem stuff and screws up on purpose to force people to look into the ACO platform. It will backfire and we will call Avaya soon Avayatel or Nortaya when they walk the same path.

That will bring the stock price down, oh sorry it is already on $0 ;-)

Avaya doesn't care, after over 20 years of selling and supporting Avaya, they don't care about us so why should I?

...it's back. The new certificate is good for another year. And hopefully IT have scribbled 'Oct 24 IPOKB cert' on a post-it note and won't lose it this time.
