Some of you will know that I lurk here in my role as IP Office Knowledgebase maintainer.
We have recently had two reports of people with valid Avaya support accounts (SSO log ins) being unable to use those to access the Technical Manuals section of the web site.
Before I go and tackle our IT folks who run that aspect of operation, are there any other people here who have found that their login works for support.avaya.com/PLDS etc. but not for IP Office Knowledgebase Technical Manuals.
