Hello,
We are trying to install the Avaya IX Workplace (Latest Release) and link it with IP Office Release 11.1
We got it to work as a SIP extension and we can call in and out, however we are running into 3 main issues
1- IX Workplace seems to always crash on win 10
2- Getting an error that contacts and call history can't be updated. Not syncing properly.
3- Voicemail sometimes is not accessible via soft phone keypad.
Our main concern is that crashing & the contact/History sync.
We have went through the IX documentation and set up FQDN/DNS/Domain settings to the proper config. we have tried to add the certificates hoping that it would solve the issue but not.
Windows firewall is off, IP Office is accessible with no drops. TCP/UDP/TLS ports are set to 5060,5060,5061 respectively and SIP register is enabled on IP Office.
Let me have your thoughts on this!
