We have an IP500V2 on R11.0.4.6 with Voicemail Pro. Is it possible to offer queued callbacks to callers from an auto attendant with this setup or would it require some type of call center application such as Xima or Contact center?

Thanks,

You can set it up so calls queue and while queued you can hit a button to break out of the queue and leave a voicemail. The part that you can't do with just VMPro is the automatic call back.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

Thank you. We already have it set up to be able to push a button to break out of queue and leave a voicemail - just was looking into taking it a step further with queue callback. We are also already using Xima Chronicall, so we will inquire about there contact center licensing which has the queue callback option. Thanks for confirming.
