Who can please assist me with a intermittant noise on the Avaya Gateway using 9608 IP phones and BRI Telco lines.
Users from various sites intermittantly complain about poor voice quality, echo and a crackling noise.
We have checked the network QoS settings, bandwidth. Our network engineers ensured me that there are no issues.
These noises also occur on internal extension to extension calls.
No power issues
