Has anyone else run into this issue. We have an IP500V2 with an ATM 4 Card. The first line is connected through a Faraday MPC-6000 fire alarm panel. We have tested the caller ID all the way to the ATM 4 card and it works. But with it plugged into the IP Office caller ID does not work. If we bypass the fire alarm panel caller ID works. If we connect a caller ID test set in series with the line cord and connect it to the IP Office caller ID works. The current software version is 8.1.73, the system is equipped with 1 digital 8 card and the ATM 4 card.

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you run impedence match for that line while it is plugged through the alarm?

Yes we ran the impedance test with the fire alarm panel connected.

And you set the line for 'Long CLI'?

Yes Long CLI is checked. We also verified voltage levels were within recommended spec's.

Is this a true 1FB or DSL line?

Is it an ATMV1 or an ATMV2. I ask, because looking at the tech bulletin for R8.1.79 it mentions a fix for ATMV2's. Not related to caller id, but if it is a V2 it might be a good idea to upgrade to the latest R8.1.
