Can this be done with IP Office??

Can IP Office be used to delegate certain tasks to the tenants?
For example a system that is used to serve multiple organisations.
Each tenants’ IT administrator will have limited access to the management portal but with enough administration
rights to manage its own PBX ports.
As an added value, the IT administrator can gain access to the system real time monitoring, alerting
and can easily perform adds, moves and changes as well as troubleshooting and debugging.

No not possible at all on the ipo.

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Do you know if Cisco or some other company offer these features?

Avaya does do it too but only on the CM/Aura

Samsung Office Serv Systems can do true tenant setups.

I think the samsung can only do 2 tenants and the cisco call manager can but you will need some third party softwhere

If you do not want to go for an Avaya CM then think of a Mitel 3300.
It can do real tenanting.
