I have a situation where calls are presented to the receptionist collectively. The problem with this is when she's on an call she'd like to place the call on hold or park and get the next incoming call. So we tried Collective call waiting and it works, although a new problem arises in that the first call is parked, as a second call comes in she must take that second call, she cant make a quick intercom call to tell someone the call is parked. This is IP Office 8.1
