IP Office Hunt Group Problems

Just rolled out IP Office rel 9.0.829 New office with combo cards (6 digital, 2 analog and 4 trunks) and have built hunt group for three analog lines to ring all stations, this includes an analog line. I have tried about everything I know to make the hunt group ring the analog phone. Internal calls will ring the station but hunt group calls will not. Is there any trick to this I need to know?
 
what is the hunt group ring mode ? should be set to collective call waiting or collective

if it ain't broke don't fix it!
 
Check your hunt group ring mode. By default, it is usually set to Sequential (Each extension is rung in order, one after the other)
You want collective, or collective call waiting. If You have already made this changes, and merged the configuration, and it still doesn't work, power down, and restart.

Does sound like Basic. The Partner ACS was much better at being a key system than the Basic mode IPO.

Dermis and feline can be divorced by manifold methods.
 
If its Basic Edition, go to your Analog Trunk setup and under coverage destination, for each line, assign your analog extension there.

Why not just set each phone up with line appearances? True partner style :)

Basic edition can get the job done you just have to get used to it.
