I tried to download the IP Office faqs, but the file is not there. This is what the page after I click the url shows to me. The url is bellow. Please someone has the file?

It was just a reference pointing you to a .pdf version of the help file found in the Manager suite of software.

Either open Manager and press F1 or help or,

It would have come from here:
