I have IP OFFICE Essentials 406 V2 Ver 4.0.7, with all modules running 6.0.7. Recently replaced DS30 V2 Digital Module. The new module had version 9.1 and the 5410/5420 phones had error system incompatible and had to downgrade it to 5.2.999 to get phones working. Now we have an issue with DTMF codes not working. Can access voicemail and listen, but unable to enter options to save/delete messages and during a zoom meeting was unable to put code into access meeting. Could not find 6.0.7 in the bin files.

You won't find 6.0.7 bin files, as the modules (and the manager program itself) would show it's version as 2 higher than the actual version of the control unit, so really you're after the 4.0.7 Admin suite to get the correct bin files.

However I would suggest possibly upgrading it all to R5.0.26. It's the highest you can go without upgrade lics and it's a very stable release.

Thank you for your help. Was able to upgrade the DS30 module up to version 6.1 and fix the DTMF issues.
