IP Office Embedded Voicemail Recorded Name

By using either Manager, System Status or Embedded File Management, is there a way to confirm if an embedded voicemail user has recorded their name? I have a case where Dial By Name is not working. I can see in Embedded File Management several files that look like greetings, messages and other recordings, but I cannot confirm or deny that any of these are "Name Recordings." Can someone help?

It says if they are name prompts in the file properties shown on the right of the embedded file management menu when you select a file. It will say something like "Extn418 NAME".

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
