IP Office Embedded Voicemail 4.0-acces code problem

Hi,
Please help me troubleshoot our problem on IP office 406 embedded voicemail, When accessing the mailbox, the system did not ask any access code, it goes directly to the voice message. I tried changing the mailbox access code on the IP Manager and on the mailbox itself but no luck. When I change the access code on the mailbox the voice prompts says it was successfuly changed, but still, when I access the mailbox it goes directly to the message without any access code prompts.

Our IP office 406 V2 is running IP office 4.0.

In 4.0 under source numbers under the user , Vext is automatically entered. The V followed by the ext number means this is a trusted number and no password is needed to access the mailbox from that user even thought a password has been entered. If you remove this, the system will ask you for a password.
 
I tried doing this and it works... Thank you very much for your help...
