IP Office Dropped Calls

Hello

I'm having a problem where I will be on a call on my softphone and someone else will call in... Before I can even put the first caller on hold, both calls get disconnected and they disappear.
(if i disable call waiting, this fixes the problem, but i'm paying for Pro, I want to be able to use its functionality)

Also, on a different pc, two calls can be connected, I can switch back and forth between who is on hold, but as soon as one call hangs up, they both get disconnected...

Any suggestions?

No suggestions, but I agree - it's a real pain in the a** and Avaya should fix this without further delay.
