IP Office Docs

Hi All

i am running Windows 7 on my laptop and cannot seem to get the downloaded 6.1 docs to work.

I have been using with no trouble for years and it seems to work on XP and server 2003.

a colleague is having the same problem

When i click on Browser i get the attached error message and then the Docs window opens but it is blank

Any ideas please?

I always use the online knowledgebase.

the error message refers to the fact it cannot find the file path, but I have done nothing different to what i have been doing for years - Just download it and it works.

i cannot always use online knowledgebase due to work locations so it is vital to get a local record of the docs

I have it working on windoes 7 no problem, post a screenshot and describe what you do to make it work normally

If you get an error that port 4001 is in use then change the microweb.ini file
Change the port to 4002 and it works again.
