IP OFFICE DHCP issues

My IP 500 5.08 manager keeps disabling my network DHCP server whenever I open manager to do some changes. anyway to resolve this?
And yes, my DHCP is disabled in the IP Office settings.

Disable BOOTP in Manager.

Probably a SBS server
If yes then change or add this regkey:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\DHCPServer\Parameters] "DisableRogueDetection"=dword:00000001
