Gang,

I seem to keep coming up with the wrong License count compared to SSA when I'm confirming DECT IP Phones.

I have 8 dect phones but only 7 are plugged in. Why does SSA say I'm using 8 Avaya IP Endpoint licenses. I checked to make sure the reserved license is not checked. By my count there should only be 7 used. Strange. Any Ideas?

Every configured DECT extension uses one license. It doesn't matter if it is switched on or off or if it is subscribed or not.

Avaya desk phones only consume a license of they are registered.

Show a list of all extns in SSA, are there 8 devices with IP addresses/MACs against them ?
