IP Office Dect Error 3711

Hi,

We have an issue with an IP Office IPO500 v9 with IP Dect.

Occasionally calls drop. The phone bleeps twice and the word Subscription comes up on the phone. The display then goes dark and comes back on and the phone returns to normal.

We have reserved licenses against the DECT extensions.
Any ideas?

Is this only happening to one handset?
Try replacing the handset or battery.
