Hello, I cant seem to track this down for the life of me. I am running IPO 500 with contact store (dont remember version, newest one though). First let me say that this is a dedicated server but VMPRO and Contact store are stored on the same partition (I know not the best idea). What has been happening recently is I keep getting the minor alarm

Error Processing File MSGxxxxxxxxxx.WAV Reason Short Block

The recordings seem to be there but every day I have to go in and delete about 100GB of log files. If I do not do this the disk will fill up every single byte with log files until there is 0 remaining.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I had similar problem a while ago. Spoke to support who's solution was to change the alarm level to "warn"

Under the install directory (normally c:\program files\witness\) there is a directory called "properties"

In there look for a file called "csipo.properties" If not, create the file and put this line of text there:

log.level=WARN

Save and close file. Then reboot server or restart the ContactStore service and the log files should stop being an issue.

Also, make sure you have your recordings on a different partition or drive from the windows partition otherwise when the drive fills like this, all your recordings get deleted by contact store to make space.

beware, using log.level=WARN will create a huge log file size anytime.
