IP Office Contact Center - What Database Program Does It Use

I have someone looking at IPO CC. The prospect wants to cross query with their customer database. I have read through the documentation, but I cannot figure out what is the underlying database engine that IPOCC uses.

Read the "Using IP Office Contact Center Xstat Server" manual.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

It uses Sybase ASE as database

Sybase for now, the next or future release might be Postgress.
