Fresh install of IP Office CCR1.2.2.78 on new Windows 2003 server SP2, IP Office 500 5.0(18). I was able to login with Supervisor Account and running the WallBoard after the initial install. Then, after reboot of the server, I am keep getting the Error Message "The specified account cannot currently be licensed. System licenses are: Supervisor (0)" The licenses are Valid with 10 Agent and 1 Supervisor, 0 in use. I have re-started all the CCR related services.

Any thoughts will be helpful.

Thanks

Happens sometimes.
A reboot solves it most of the times.

Thanks that did the trick by rebooting the IP Office and server. Another question, I am getting blank pages when generating historical reports, I have Java Turned on, there is errors on the webpage.

Thanks

Yea, same here the SSA will not run on the same server as the CCR. This CCR has lots of problems, the "0" license error is back again.

Does the cust have SSA running elsewhere?

only 2 instances of SSA can be run at a time
CCR uses the SSA interface meaning that only 1 SSA can be run on the system

If the server has multiple network addresses you can select which one to use when you start SSA. So long as you don't use the same one as being used by the CCR connection from that server you can run SSA and CCR on the same server.

The license issue will occur if you log out by just closing the browser window rather than actively selecting logoff. It will also occur if you have a single name that can have several roles and you frequently login/logout between those roles. Essentially the services that tries to keep track of current sessions is left thinking you're still logged in.

Sizbut, that is a clear explanation about this issue that is coming back all the time!

I could not explain it but i see the logic about it now.
Star for you.

I got the CCR v 1.2
and IPO R 5.0 (18)
on Win 2003 SBS SP2

I am afraid we can have a vicious circle here

You log on on the web client as admin (or super) and got the Data Analyzer service (the component that link the IPO and the CCR Server)disconnected

but cannot restart from the web client because it will think you have no license (as the old times with the USB feature key and a network cut) and therefore no right to make any reboot.

So you have to reboot the whole server? (I did'nt want to tell the customer this could happen)

I am making and script to reboot all the Avaya CCR related services without having to reboot all the Win 2k3 Server since its shared with other apps.

CCR said:
You were not licensed for the following roles: Administrator. System licenses are: Administrator (0)
An unexpected error occurred which has been logged

Please report this error to your IPOCCR Administrator.

Also if we cannot use the SSA how will we monitor the IPO activity? - gotta use the WAN port for having and independent SSA session, I will do that way and tell you what happened here

You need to stop all ccr services.
Then you need to reset ISS (issreset.exe)
then restart the services.

This should work.

if you want to keep the SSA monitoring while having CCR working at time.

You can use the WAN (LAN2) interface and the same port 50804 to keep a SSA monitoring session.

Do you use the wallboad ?

In the lasts tests, I have got issues with the SSA on both LAN and WAN ports, telling me that the connection is occupied by CCR and cannot be disconnected.

I've never used that, but theres is some way to kill the frozen SSA sessions that kept open and avoid the SSA to work?
