Hi Guys please HELP!!

Iv got a customer running CCR on a ip 500v2 the CCU is on 7.0.12

CCR 7.0.2.6

The wallboards as soon as they start gettng calls are eating the memory of the machine they are running on.

It doesnt matter what PC or if they are in the same switch as the server.

Does any one know why CCR would cain IE so much????

I cant plug the wallboard in directly to the server as its in a managed office and they have 6 wallboards they need to run.

ANY ideas ??

Thanks,

I forgot to mention that as soon as it starts killing IE the wallboards run slow and are delayed by a minute or 2 so are completely useless to them.

sounds like a busy call centre? How many calls / day?

I recommend around 8GB RAM on a hefty server.

hairlessupportmonkey you are spot on. they went from 40 users to 150 in a few weeks but each agent is in like 9 calling groups. They need more staff. The server has 8gb and is a completely dedicated server with win2008 srv pk 2 64 bit.

makes no sense its not all the time. just part way through the day or on a busy day it will just begin to lag sometimes it will be a minute behind others 2-3.

not really - Ive spent a lot of time on this in the past, hence why we simply dont sell it anymore and sell Chronicall. The only real option is to through more RAM at it.

Whats Chronicall ?? iv never heard of that one. is it similar to Tim or Oak or is it more call centre specific.
