IP Office CCR 8.1 run reports issue

Hi all

I have installed CCR 8.1 as well with IP Office, all works good but when I go to the reports tab and try to drag&drop the report created in the middle of the page I got this error "An unexpected error occurred which has been logged. Please report this error to your IPOCCR system Administrator"

Please can anyone help me on this ???
