I have a customer with IP Office 500, R6, and recently the incoming call id has stopped working. We had the customer reboot the control unit and it worked fine for about 3 calls and stopped working. Provider has confirmed that caller ID is being provided?
Is there a patch for this problem or has the control unit malfunctioned?
