IP Office Caller ID

I have a customer with IP Office 500, R6, and recently the incoming call id has stopped working. We had the customer reboot the control unit and it worked fine for about 3 calls and stopped working. Provider has confirmed that caller ID is being provided?

Is there a patch for this problem or has the control unit malfunctioned?

I'd try replacing the Analog Line Card...

did you program it with a Manager that is somewhere around the R10 mark?
then you might want to check your gains on the line as there was a little bug a while ago that set the gains to something weird and that caused problems. If you program it with the R8 manager that belongs to the release 6 IPO then you should be good on that side and I would start replacing hardware
