IP Office call forwarding

Just had a new IP Office installed and I need to call forward all calls to a different external number. If I use *01 where do I put the number at? Do I have to put in a 9 with the number.

are you forwarding a single extension then dial*07* then number with a 9 then the # sign to set the number to be forwarded to, then dial *01 to forward unconditional. Don't forget that if you want hunt groups forwarded you will need to dial *50 to turn on *51 to turn.
