IP Office - Call Coverage 1

I have installed a new IP Office 10.0. The customer has a situation where an admin person (9508 + BM12) is tasked to answer the calls of several executives (9608) at once. I have programmed call coverage keys for immediate ring which does alert the admin person. The issue is since the Call Coverage keys are spread between the phone and the console, when a call comes in on a coverage key that is programmed on anything besides the main phone screen, the main screen is replaced by the 8 buttons programmed around the call coverage button. They find this very confusing as they cannot see park buttons, lines, etc.
Any recommendations how I can have calls ring to an assistant extension and have programmed appearance stay at programmed position? Thanks for your help
 
Create a group with the extension of the executives and renumber their extension numbers.
Put her into that same group.
That way all calls ring on the regular appearance buttons.

I would then also suggest to create a personal park button for each executive so that a call can be parked just on that phone and not on the general public's park zones to avoid any issues.

This way she can also call them directly should the need be.

Maybe being a bit cruel - they didn't design a button module that needs to be scrolled to see/use all of its buttons. If Avaya were going to design such a stupid thing, they should have at least added some switch (hardware or software) for it to work in either 12 fixed button mode or 24 paged buttons mode.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
