IP Office - Call appearance buttons for internal calls

Hello all.

Is there a way to prevent the call appearance buttons from enabling during internal calls? One of our users, a receptionist, has 8 incoming lines and has a hard time distinguishing between internal and external held calls when it is busy.

They don't "enable" during calls, they are what allows the call to happen, without those buttons she can't make/take calls, with them she can, both internal and external calls will use those buttons. It's hard to fix peoples shortcomings with programming :)

 
I would ask though why she is dealing with so many calls from internal users :)

 
What type of type would be useful. On most she can scroll the display to see different call's details without affecting the current call.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
