IP Office Basic mode export config

I am installing a tech refresh system. An IP Office 500v2 for v2 lease return deal. Old is 8.0. New is 9.1.1...
I see the export on IP Office mode but on a basic system can it not be exported and inserted into a new system?

Please get some training on this product if you intend to continue selling it

Export is not what you need here
simply upload the old cfg into the new system
(& avoid Basic Muppet^tm mode if you want to keep happy customers)

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
