Customer wants to forward line one to a answering service. Programmed under a AD button, *72,,,,5551212 for example. When they Select line 1 and press AD button, System dials numbers to fast. Does not pause at all. Need it to pause to wait for a prompt to dial number to be forwarded to. Any help on this? Thanks

You might try using the hold button for your pauses instead of ,,,. Old school, partner style, auto dial. *72PPP5551212.
No guarantees as we avoid Basic mode like the plague, but some of the national vendors we do work for do sell them, and I get the frustration of trying to make them work.

Thanks for your input budbyrd, I haven't made it back over to the customers office. I will try that and let you know if it worked when ever I can test this. Thanks again!
