I have ip office with vmpro server and contact store.
i want to implement autorecording call for a user (receptionist 101) used time profile.
for 04:00PM - 08:00AM (time profile : nite hours), all calls inbound, outbound, and internal will be automatic recorded.
i configured in user receptionist 101, tab voice recording like below :
Recording outbound : Mandatory
Recording inbound : mandatory
Record time profile : Nite hours
Auto recording mailbox : 101 Receptionist, VRL checked
Auto record calls : external and internal
Manual recording mailbox : 101 Receptionist, VRL checked
i try call from 101 to 122, then i check the contact store, but no call is recorded.
please let me know whether there is anything wrong

one thing, i wouldnt advise "Mandatory" because if voicemail is offline for any reason, the user will not be able to make a call, I suggest "On" unless this is something the customer really requires.

Change the destination to her mailbox to see if it recording or not or a contact store/VRL issue :)

Also open system status and watch active calls when testing - you will see if the system is recording the call in there.
