IP OFFICE AND RIGHT FAX

I currently have an IPO 500 set up with a Right Fax unit. It is programmed as an EM Tie and works fine. The client wants to change it from EM Tie to PRI NI2. When I change the setting in the IPO I am able to see the Right Fax however I am not able to send or receive faxes.
