Hello,
I have an IP Office in Basic Mode, configured as a square system with 3 CO lines, 8 digital extensions/sets and 3 analog telephones. Initially I had line appearances on all telephones digital and analog. The analog extensions can dial local calls but if they have to dial a long distance number and dial a 1, they get a recording "You must dial a one before calling this number".
I removed the line appearances. Checked to be sure they had no restrictions and added the specific number they were trying to call, into the Allowed List.
The digital telephones have the same problem if I try dialing out from the Intercom Button using 9 then the number. However, if I select an outside line directly or simply use the automatic line selection there are no problems.
