I have a remote office with Avaya IP Office 406 it has anlog lines coming in through a IP400 Analog Trunk and then out through an IP400 Digital Station to connect Phone sets 5410s. To attach this centers Agents to my S8700 we are connecting them via dual connect through IP Agent. When on outbound calls they are getting disconnect. IP Agent is staying connected so I think it has to be something in the IP office or one of its connections. Any thoughts? Is anyone else doing or done this or used these two products together?
