IP Office & ACCS Synchronization Issue 1

Hi Guys, deployed a new IPO R11 and ACCS 7.0.2 solution but having challenges with synchronization. I am able to see IP Office on CCMA, but on the SIP gateway monitor it only the voice outbound proxy is disconnected but the rest are green and connected. See the screenshot below.

Could you solve this issue? I had the same problem after upgrading to release 11 FP4.
I was using default CCMA credentials for synchronization in IPO (User = accssync/ password = accssync), I changed the password for accssync USER in CCMA (not accepted "accssync" again) but the same issue (ACCS in RED).
 
Hi VTT2019, if you're using IPO R11 then ACCS 7.0.2 will not be compatible, and you have to upgrade to ACCS 7.0.3. You can also delete and recreate the ACCS extension on your IPO server using a new password, then also on the ACCS server under server management change this extension password to match the one you've created on IPO. Hope this helps.

1) Yes, I have ACCS 7.0.3, before and after the IPO upgrade to 11.0.4 (FP4).
2) Before the upgrade, from both sides all the lights were GREEN. I mean from the ACCS 7.0.3 side, the dashboard shows now: Voice Outbound Proxy, CTI Proxy, Media Server, all GREEN (as expected). So I assume the SIP extension credentials (6000 in my case) that ACCS uses are correct (as expected).
3) From the IPO 11.0.4 side, only the ACCS is RED (Web Manager --> Solution window). I verified IP connectivity (ping to ACCS), all is fine (as expected). Could you confirm if you are using in IPO, the default CCMA credentials (SYSTEM --> CONTACT CENTER --> CCMA User = accssync --> CCMA Password = accssync)?
a) I tried to reconfirm this password (accssync) in CCMA, but failed. It was requesting a new password (capital letter, one number, etc) so I changed in both sides, the same error.
b) I created a new accssync2 user in CCMA (same Access Group as accssync user). I used in IPO, the same error.
c) I am checking SSA now and no alarms (the first time, I see an ACCS authentication failure so I said it was only to change credentials, but now SSA is clear? I have a RED alarm in Web Manager and nothing in SSA, what is happening?
4) I am suspecting this is a BUG. If I loose connectivity from ACCS side, what cannot I do now? What log should I check to verify this error? Please guide me.

Just an UPDATE. This RED status in Web Manager was a BUG in IPO 11.0 FP4.
This issue was solved in IPO 11.0 Feature Pack 4 Service Pack 1 Software (available to download since August 1st 2019)
