Hello,

We have an IP Office 8.1 installation along with Voicemail Pro. Recently, our auto attendant and voicemail has stopped working entirely. After looking into it, the system status is showing the following error 'The following system resources are all in use: Voicemail Channels'. Under IP Office Manager (System > Voicemail), it's showing 0 unreserved channels. Is this normal? My first thought was this issue could be tied to licensing, but the licensing looks fine and shows valid.

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance for any assistance.

is this a windows machine running voicemail pro? if so try a reboot of the voicemail pro server, also how many voicemail pro channels are you licensed for? you can get that error if all channels are in use

Login to the voicemail server using the Voicemail Pro clien. Select Help | About and see which switch the voicemail server thinks it is connected too and what licenses it is getting from the switch.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Voicemail Pro is installed on a Linux server. I'm trying to get into Voicemail Pro, but the UI won't load at the moment. It gives me the notice to download the current callflow, but never loads the interface after that. I'm going to restart the server and I will reply with the Help > About information.

Check the licenses are valid in IPOffice manager.

Try runnijg the VM pro client as administrator.

Below are captures of the Voicemail Pro Help>About information:

All of the licensing shows valid. I'm assuming the required license for VM Pro is the 'R8+ Preferred Edition (VM Pro)', which shows valid as well.

I'm sorry to bother everyone, but does anyone have any suggestions? I'm at a loss here. Thanks very much for your time.

Yes, I sure can. I can bring up the UC web interface just fine. All services show they're up and running.

try to stop and restart the service, and if that does not work then I would reboot the Linux server as well

Open SSA and see if the UCM is full. This is a known issue with the UCM of that release.
Mike

I tried restarting the services and the server as well - no luck. Does UCM use the SD card storage? If so, it has over half of the space free.

can you ping the IP address of the UCM. 1st from a PC on the network, then from the IPO in SSA.
Mike

Yes, I can ping the IP of the UCM (which is actually a separate linux-based server) from both inside the network and from SSA.

Thank you.

One other thing, the voicemail tab in IP Office Manager shows 0 unreserved channels.

Yes, we have rebooted the Linux server multiple times.
