IP Office 8.1 with VM Pro
The system has been working for 11 months. Just quit receiving messages on any and all user extensions.
So far I have went thru the 5 minute minimum shutdown, deleted 90 messages. I ran out of knowledge on what to do next.
Can anyone help?

Check if the VMPro service is running.
Dial *17 and see if you get busy or voicemail.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Yes, I can get into Voice Mail and listen and delete old mail. But, system is not receiving new.
When you call in and dial an extension, it rings into vm but light does not come on and unable to retrieve message.

Hard disk full? Write protect on VM folder?
Both will block the ability to leave new messages or record new announcements.

UCM module?
Apps server?
Windows server?

If this is a uc module then do a complete back up immediatly if you have not done so as it is about to die, once rebooted it will no longer come back. This does sound like a uc module on it's way out.

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.

I had this before, on a W2008 server.

If i'm not mistaken, it was a user right issue on the server.

As which user is the VM pro service running? Admin, local user?

OK, Thanks. I will check all tomorrow when I drive up to the location. I will also do a UC module backup.
I hope the module don't fail. I had issues when I first installed the module. I had to make a bootable jump stick and load software from the supplier.

Just make sur, the UC110 module have the bleu tag inside, if you have the white tag change the UC.
Avaya have a recall on its model.

I understand quick but you must tell me often, i,m not sick, i,m normal.

UHG A UC Module!? Yeah, it's failed. Same symptoms. I bet if you restart it you'll get kernel panic errors. The FS goes into read only with no amount of jibber jabber to fix it.
