Avaya documentation states that during fallback you will have "limited functionality". Does anyone know with certainty what that is? IP Office 8.1.69 comes up with extension and sip trunks but does not have button map. Is this what they consider limited? If it backs up IP phones, why does it not have this info?

if you use profiles then make sure that you have identically named profiles in both systems and then it should work for the buttons if they are assigned via profile

Thanks for the info. We are using user profiles. I did not see anything in the documentation but that makes sense. I will try it on our next test.
