We were in VM Pro Client today to simply add a greeting to a module and now the module is broken in that when a user calls they hear NOTHING and no prompts work. The new greeting was recorded via the standard entry prompts wave editor recorded over a phone so no manual manipulation of .wav files.
After a little troubleshooting I find that if I bypass the "select system prompt language" action the whole module works again. We are in Quebec Canada so need both French and English. But we made no other changes other than just recording a new greeting so I don't understand how this broke.
Basically the module is "Entry Point" -> "Select System Prompt Language"(with default language of French selected) -> "Menu Action"(with our standard menu options). IF I remove the select system prompt language the caller hears the menu, if it's in then nothing works.
I have rebooted the IP office as well as the windows server 2008 R2 that has the VM Pro installed and nothing helps.
Any Advice would be appreciated.
And just FYI, this is my first IP office install that I have been supporting for just over 1 year, I have several BCM's that I support, but I am not 100% on the IP office lingo and tools so be kind and spell it out for me if possible.
Regards.
