IP Office 7.0(32) VM Pro select system prompt language breaks module

We were in VM Pro Client today to simply add a greeting to a module and now the module is broken in that when a user calls they hear NOTHING and no prompts work. The new greeting was recorded via the standard entry prompts wave editor recorded over a phone so no manual manipulation of .wav files.

After a little troubleshooting I find that if I bypass the "select system prompt language" action the whole module works again. We are in Quebec Canada so need both French and English. But we made no other changes other than just recording a new greeting so I don't understand how this broke.

Basically the module is "Entry Point" -> "Select System Prompt Language"(with default language of French selected) -> "Menu Action"(with our standard menu options). IF I remove the select system prompt language the caller hears the menu, if it's in then nothing works.

I have rebooted the IP office as well as the windows server 2008 R2 that has the VM Pro installed and nothing helps.

Any Advice would be appreciated.

And just FYI, this is my first IP office install that I have been supporting for just over 1 year, I have several BCM's that I support, but I am not 100% on the IP office lingo and tools so be kind and spell it out for me if possible.

Regards.

Update,

I think I jumped the gun on saying the select system prompt language action is the problem, I think it's basically a language problem. Let me try to explain what I have found and remember i'm in Quebec Canada where the French Language is primary and I think it's causing me a very weird problem because the original modules were programmed on a VM Pro Client on a French Computer.

So the Select System Prompt Language action(and a lot of other actions for that matter) for probably most of you is "Next" Well if you program your module using a French install of VM Pro Client the French translation of "Next" is "Suivant" and that is what my "Default Results for this Token" is, Suivant. Well as I said in my previous post remove that language selection action and everything works again.....not entirely true. I deleted the "Select System Prompt Language" and re-added it on my English PC and the result was "Next" and it was working again......GREAT!.

However now I get to things like a Test condition for a calendar and the previously programmed results were "Vrai" (True in English) and "Faux" (False in English) and guess what it does not work!!!!!.

Also found a "Start Point" that had the result as "Suivant" and it was not working, create a new module with a start point result of next, pasted the rest of the module in and it worked. However it seems like some French results work and others don't but I have not 100% proven that yet.

And it appears that on these default actions I can not simply delete the French result and add an English result code so I am kinda stuck.

Again, the only thing we did today was change a recorded greeting on one of the menu actions, no other screwing around was done so I don't know why this is happening now but something must have changed on the server for IP office.

Suggestions really appreciated at this point.

I suggest using a PC with a French language on it and raise a bug with Avaya.
This should not be a problem.

BAZINGA!
