IP Office 5K getting "night" msg when not activated

I have an IP Office 5000 system at an remote location that when you call the main number and calls go to voicemail the "night" message is playing when not turned on.

What are your calls directed to? Is that hunt group in DND or out of service(night service)???

Need a little bit o info
