I have a lab system that the dial by name feature in the auto attendant never finds the users name. We have full names defined under the users as <First Name>space<Last Name>, and the auto attendant Dial By Name Match Order set to "Last then First". When we dial in and get the menu choices, we have option 1 set to dial by name. We spell out the last name and end with #, and hear name not found. We have another system getting ready to be deployed to a customer site on 8.0.(44) doing the exact same thing. The documentation seems pretty straight forward, what are we missing? (Please don't say to go to Voice Mail Pro )
