IP Office 500V2 directory on IX workplace

Hi All,

I have IX workplace installed on "IOS, Android, Laptop, and Vantage" connected to IP office 500V2, I can't see the IPO directory on my workplace. Please help.

Note: I set "SET IPO_CONTACTS_ENABLED 1" parameter on 46xxsettings file but still same issue here.

Hi, they won't show unless you manually search the name.

Thanks for your replay, I can't find the contacts on search too unless I add all contacts to a specific user in his "Personal Directory" on IPO. Can you share your 46xxsettings parameters.

Also IS the certificate Issue effects on directory search?. and do you advice to configure the Workplace manually or by using URL?

I had the exact same issue. I wasn't able to resolve it until I updated to 11_0_4200_58.
