IP Office 500v2 Caller ID Not coming through? 1

1608 IP Phones -
Caller ID was purchased as a feature through Verizon but is not coming through..
See Picture -
Shows "Call: Incoming"
"Line #External>Police"

Thought this may be a version issue but upgraded from 9.1.0 to 11.0.4 last night so phones & system are up to date on firmware.
 
Then they need to be programmed as Loop start ICID
 
Here are the line options specifically for Line 6 above, they look the same for all lines.

Put your butt set on the line in Monitor mode, call in. Do you get the CID modem tones between the 1st and 2nd ring?
 
Also run monitor and see if you see the callerID coming to the IPO.

Call Verizon. Tell them it is not working. They will swear they are sending CLI. Mysteriously, an hour later it will suddenly start working.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
 
I agree with sizbut, if CLI is enabled on the trunk interface & it is not being diplayed then it is not being sent by the line provider.
The only caveat is that with analog trunks you do have to be set to recieve the correct format.



Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
