Hello Team.
i need to configure an IPO500 7.0 in a way that have 2 different default gateways one for each LAN / WAN in order to have remote IP sets over a VPN link that is connected over router to WAN port.
i have setup the correct IP addresses but i cannot ping the WAN port from the other side of the VPN , while i can ping a PC that is at the same IP range as the one given to the IPO Wan.

any ideas?

thanks
Nikos

Not how I'd set it up, but.....

Have you used SSA to ping the other side of the VPN tunnel from the IP itself?

Do you have an IP Route configured for the WAN port?

you can separate the target networks by IP routes but if you have a 0.0.0.0 route pointing to 2 different gateways you will screw up the routing.

you can create 1 0.0.0.0 route for LAN1 which will be used for anything not specified otherwise
then you could use
192.168.0.0 mask 255.255.0.0 10.10.10.1 LAN2 would route all traffic in the 192.168.x.x range to the LAN2 GW if your VPN IP's assigned to the VPN users is anywhere in that range
