Hi
I am attempting to do this with two analogue Telstra trunks with no joy. I have followed instructions in this post with no joy.
I call in, answer call hit transfer then dss key with outgoing number on it and the call disconnects once I hang up.
Firmware is 5.0
Thanks in advance

Have you tried to ticked "Allow Analog Trunk to Trunk Connect"? It's on your Analog Line properties.

there are a number of things to check, and as a qualified installer one should know the snags with this type of issue.

Hi Guys. Thanks for your responses:

"What outgoing line groups are your trunks in?" 0

"Have you tried to ticked "Allow Analog Trunk to Trunk Connect"? It's on your Analog Line properties?" Yes

"and as a qualified installer one should know the snags with this type of issue". I am a qualified Panasonic trained Tech, moved jobs and this is what my new boss has. Panasonics do not like PSTN to PSTN calls and I was wondering if this is the same? Jumped on this forum for a bit of a nudge in the right direction.

"You can't hang up until the outbound call begins to ring" The outbound call gets cut off once its answered.

Cheers
